Q. What is the minimum rental period?
A. Three nights unless otherwise stated. Two nights bookings are accepted but at the same rate of three nights.
Q. Is weekly rental Saturday to Saturday only?
A. No, guests are welcome every day of the week.
Q. What are the prices for periods shorter/longer than a week?
A. Shorter periods are proportionally more expensive due to fix costs of cleaning etc. Very long periods (more than two weeks) are generally cheaper. In both cases prices will be confirmed upon your request of availability.
Q. Is the rent all inclusive?
A. Some prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, sheets and towels and final cleaning. But there are some aparts that gas or other expenses extra, we mentione that on each flat's page.
Q. Will I find sheets and towels?
A. Yes, one change a week is included. Self catering apartments which has washing machine has no towel change. Ask for special arrangements.
Q. Can I get a maid, a cook, a baby-sitter?
A. Yes.These services are available on request, just ask when you make your booking and we will be happy to give you full details.
Q. What will there be in the apartment?
A. Although this may vary for different properties, generally you will find dishes, cups, cutlery . We will also be happy to satisfy your special requests of food and wine; just ask when booking.
Q. Do you have an office in Istanbul?
A. Yes, our office in Sultanahmet,Istanbul is very central and is open Mon-Fry office hours are 09:00 - 19.00 In case of emergency we can be contacted at anytime outside office hours. We will be happy to assist you throughout your stay in Venice.

Q. Where do I check in?
A.If you take airport transfer from us, we give the keys to driver and the driver assists you. If you come to flat on your own there will be staff whose details we gave before to you will wait in the flat on your arrival time.

A. At the property.
Q. How do I get to my apartment from the airport?
A. We have private airport transfer service. Please ask for this request. or we give you detailed explanation of the flat.
Q. How long does it take from the airport?
A. It changes from apart to apart. City center Taksim or Sultanahmet areas takes 30-40 min from Ataturk Airport, 1,30-1,45 hrs from Sabiha Gokcen Airport.

Q. Can I pay by Credit Card?
A. Yes, you can but there is %18 Vat cost which will be added on the NET prices

A. One night down payment will be charged to guarantee the booking. The rest of the amount will be charged on your arrival.

1) What additional services could one expect when staying in a serviced apartment as opposed to a hotel?

A fully equipped kitchen and a more spacious environment are the biggest features of a serviced apartment, which enable the guest to cook at home and have more space to work and relax in. Another important factor is the added privacy and the benefit of "your own" front door.

2) Can you please list the benefits to the end user of using a serviced apartment as opposed to standard hotel accommodation?

More spacious, greater privacy and their own fully equipped kitchen. This will give the guest a "Home away from home" feel, which can not be recreated in a standard hotel room. 6) Can I pay by credit card?

Flatbooker.com accepts all major credit cards, accompanied by the proper security information. (Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5%-4% administration fee plus %18 government tax).

7) What other options for payment do I have?

For the deposit payment you may also consider bank transfer or Western Union system.

8) How will I receive my confirmation?

When you make your booking during TR office hours you will normally receive your confirmation via email, or fax within 24 hours of confirming the booking. The timing depends on when we receive the confirmation back from the property that your booking has been confirmed. When you make a booking via our online system, you will receive an instant holding confirmation, pending confirmation of the booking by the property.

9) How do I obtain the keys to my apartment?

At the time of booking you will be advised by our reservations consultant of the check in procedure. If the property you have booked has a 24 hour reception, you can just turn up with your confirmation and they will give you the keys. In some cases however we will need to arrange for the keys to be sent to an address convenient to you, or operate a key delivery system. Also we have airport pick up service which is used by most of our clients and we deliver the keys during the airport transfers.

10) I am a private landlord and own/manage some serviced apartments. What are the minimum requirements to be added to your database?

In general you need to have a minimum of 3 apartments in one location. If you offer fewer apartments, or more apartments but in different locations, there are certain criteria which need to be fulfilled to be listed on our website. For more information please contact with us (info@flatbooker.com).
